Eddie, my producer assured me that the kid’s interviews were totally unusable. But the narrative was a bit dry and needed a little something, something, so I gave them a whirl and yes, they were a bit challenging but once I tried a little crayon font subtitling in unison with their cadence, incoherent became charming and their words are without a doubt what make this piece sing.
